Before we get started

This application is for shareholders who have a South African ID number.
Non-resident individuals, executors and all non-individuals should contact us on086 110 0933for further assistance or+27 11 373 0017if calling from outside South Africa.

Please have the following information and documentation available:

You need to have a device with a camera.
Your tax number issued by SARS
Your green bar coded South African ID Book or both sides of a Smartcard ID
If your service bill is not in your name, we are required to verify the homeowner and their contact details.
Your service bill e.g. rates account, electricity bill or telephone bill bearing your name and current residential address. (or erf or stand number and suburb) not older than three months to verify your physical address details.
