Before we get started

• This application is for shareholders who have a South African ID number.
• Non-resident individuals, executors and all non-individuals should contact us on086 110 0933for further assistance or+27 11 373 0017if calling from outside South Africa.

Please have the following information and documentation available:

• You need to have a device with a camera.
• Your tax number issued by SARS
• Your green bar coded South African ID Book or both sides of a Smartcard ID
• If your service bill is not in your name, we are required to verify the homeowner and their contact details.
• Your service bill e.g. rates account, electricity bill or telephone bill bearing your name and current residential address. (or erf or stand number and suburb) not older than three months to verify your physical address details.
If you are not able to provide either of the above, please refer to the list for
• We will not accept blurry images or illegible information.
• This site is secure therefore there is no need to upload encrypted documents. The security of your data and documents is important to us we assure you that there are mechanisms in place to secure your personal information.
• If your service bill is not on your name, we are required to verify the homeowner and their contact details.
