Italy’s Angelini Pharma has struck a deal to buy Catalyst Pharmaceuticals for $4.1 billion (€3.5 billion) to enter the US market. Florida-based Catalyst markets rare neuromuscular and neurological disease treatments that generated sales of $589 million last year, an increase of almost 20% over 2024.
