KPMG US Chair and CEO Tim Walsh tells Yahoo Finance Executive Editor Brian Sozzi that CEOs aren't pulling back on AI investment, but they're rethinking where to invest as the technology moves faster than ever. KPMG's latest CEO Outlook survey of 400 US CEOs found 84% call AI a top investment priority, while just 14% expect returns within six months to a year. Walsh explains why AI returns take time, why he's still hiring even as the skills KPMG needs shift, which jobs are seeing the most disruption, and why he's optimistic that AI agents can help companies defend against rising cybersecurity threats.
