As OpenAI CEO Sam Altman heads to Washington to discuss AI policy with government officials, a debate rages over how the US should regulate the technology and respond to Chinese competition. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg penned a Wall Street Journal op-ed saying the US government should not block Chinese AI. CNN's Clare Duffy reports on the regulatory landscape.
