El consejero de Presidencia, Sanidad y Emergencias de la Junta de Andalucía, Antonio Sanz, ha cifrado en 580 las viviendas que, hasta el momento, han sido analizadas tras los últimos terremotos registrados en la provincia de Granada. De esas 580 viviendas, tan sólo catorce están en nivel rojo, lo que significa que, aunque no existe riesgo de derrumbe, no pueden ser ocupadas de nuevo hasta que no se tomen las medidas de seguridad oportunas.
